Its comprehensive in-house capabilities encompass market research, formula R&D, packaging design, product planning, manufacturing, testing and regulatory filing, and warehousing. Furthermore, a dedicated team of professional project specialists works to provide high-quality solutions tailored to each client's specific needs and real-world circumstances.
Through a rapid, vertically integrated manufacturing system—combined with international-standard professional services and advanced production management capabilities—Bijiang ensures that project execution remains transparent, controllable, and predictable. The facility comprises specialized workshops for grinding, core casting, core pressing, core cutting, filling, wooden casing production, powder-based products, liquid eyeliners, assembly, and packaging. By integrating advanced, professional modern production equipment and technologies—along with an intelligent, sophisticated factory management system—we are able to meet our clients' unique requirements and ensure the effective implementation of their project plans.
Bijian employs a workforce of over 300 highly experienced frontline staff, enabling us to rapidly manufacture complex, customized products that require specialized manual craftsmanship.

Technical Research Team
The Bijian R&D Center currently employs a professional technical staff of over thirty individuals—an elite team comprising senior engineers, master's degree holders, and returnees from overseas studies. With over a decade of deep expertise in color cosmetics R&D, the team's professional scope spans multiple disciplines, including fine chemistry, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, and pharmaceutics. The R&D Center is organized into five major departments—Market Development, Formula Development, Packaging Development, Product Commercialization, and Testing & Evaluation—and encompasses specialized subgroups dedicated to areas such as formula creation, packaging design, technical support, and performance assessment.

Quality Inspection Team: The Quality Department serves as the company's key quality assurance division. It is led by the highly experienced Mr. Song Tongrui, who holds the professional title of Chemical Engineer and a Bachelor's degree in Management.
